SHIRTS

What kinds of shirts do you use and how do they fit?

All shirts are a super soft tri-blend (50% polyester/25% cotton/25% rayon) They are as soft and comfortable as it gets, they are AMAZINGLY soft. All shirts are unisex. The scoop neck tees are specifically for women and fit a bit smaller than the unisex tees. All shirts have a more “athletic” fit than a standard 100% cotton tee. If you are having trouble deciding, we tell men to order a size up from what you might normally buy.

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them in cold water. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on the lowest or no-heat setting or hang dry. We highly recommend hang dry or air dry with no heat in the dryer. Also, never use an iron on any of the designs or labels.

SHIPPING

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and you will be provided with a tracking number. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

For US orders: shipping is currently $4.95 for standard shipping. You may pay extra for expedited shipping as well, prices will populate based on the destination.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all are processed through Shopify or PayPal Payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. We accept credit cards as well as PayPal, whichever you prefer.

How secure is this store?

State Vintage Clothing uses Shopify and PayPal for payments, and they both automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). State Vintage Clothing does not ever see any of your payment information, credit card numbers or passwords. When you enter any payment information it is submitted directly to our payment gateway.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes, but we screen the companies who are interested in carrying our products. We want to make sure that State Vintage is a good fit for the companies with which we work. If you would like more information, you can reach us at: info@statevintage.com

What is your return policy?

Exchanges: Our goal is to make you happy, so if your purchase doesn't fit, just send us an email at: info@statevintage.com and let us know the issue. We just ask that you don't wash the shirt or remove any tags. You pay to ship it back to us and we'll pay to ship the correct size back to you. We pay all shipping costs if the mistake is our fault. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Refunds: If for some reason you would prefer a refund, just send your purchase back with an explanation and we'll issue you a refund. Here are a couple of important requirements if you would like a refund. The products are not-refundable if they have been washed. Any tags must remain affixed to the products in their original form. The products must be returned in their original condition (each shirt is inspected prior to shipping for quality purposes and we'll perform that same quality check on all returned items prior to issuing a refund).

Because we want you to be happy, you can take up to 60 days to exchange/return an item you purchased from State Vintage Clothing. After that we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.
